THE PROJECT
This project was a portrait photography assignment focused on capturing thoughtful compositions and experimenting with lighting and perspective. I selected and edited my strongest photographs in Photoshop, refining their colour, contrast, and overall visual style.

THE PROCESS
The project began with photographing a series of portraits while experimenting with composition, lighting, and different perspectives. After selecting my strongest images, I edited them to refine their colour, contrast, and overall visual style.

I began by cropping and straightening the Image so the bridge was parallel with the image frame. Then I sharpened the image, brightened the models face, and added a vignette for depth.

I began by straightening the image, and then I added a mask to the background to lower the brightness and clarity, while also adding a mask to the model to increase focus and brightness.
